Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our facility in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. But don’t worry — once your order arrives, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.)
When will my order be processed?
We process all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, and your order will ship directly from our warehouse the next business day. Note: we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery times can range from 2–4 weeks depending on your location.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
All prices are shown in USD and are tax-free. You may be responsible for customs duties and taxes once your order arrives in your country.
